Greg Makhov - President

Greg has almost 30 years experience with visible lasers, building laser display equipment, and performing laser lightshows. Greg also worked in the Projection/Special Effects Dept at Epcot for 5 years, maintaining then rebuilding the laser gear used in the nightly laser show. Greg is also strongly involved the area of laser safety. In this regard he has published several papers and participates in the International Laser Safety Conference. Greg consults regularly for Rockwell Laser Industries (Cincinnati OH) as a Laser Entertainment Safety Instructor. He also consults for other laser display companies, teaching laser safety as well as basic laser principles.

Phyllis Monahan - Office Manager

Phyllis has worked for LSDI for 18 years, helping to develop new laser lightshow products and support LSDI clients. She also functions as a Technical Sales representative for the company. Phyllis has also helped to expand the sales of LSDI’s products into the international marketplace. She holds a B.A. in French from the University of Florida, and a Certificate in Graduate Studies from New York University in Paris.

Rob DiAddezio - Creative Producer

Rob began his entertainment career in 1984 at Pulsations Nightclub outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he gained valuable experience as a DJ and Lighting Engineer as well as technical experience working with audio, concert staging, theatre, rigging, and lasers. In 1989 Rob began working for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida where he greatly expanded his skills eventually becoming Entertainment Manager for the highly prestigious IllumiNations spectacular at Epcot. Throughout his career at Disney Rob provided creative and technical expertise on a wide variety of highly successful projects that are still a part of the Disney experience. Since joining LSDI in 2001 Rob has produced many laser shows throughout the United States and has won several awards in the entertainment laser field for his work.
